Western publishing for a Korean battle-royale × sub-culture title - low dev-side priority for the region, a fragmented community, and design directions conflicting with the main solo mode that made balance tuning difficult and user frustration persistent.
What I changed
Built a data-driven focus strategy grounded in player + market data, rolled out grassroots esports, creator partnerships, and community programs. Pre-validated the team-mode transition through data analysis, and added Tableau KPI dashboards plus AI/LLM localization to accelerate operations.
