Strategic planning and BD for Kakao Games' Ocean Drive Studio lineup. Reviewed the slate and spotted God Save Birmingham's market potential early, proposing concentrated focus. The title later reached 360K+ Steam wishlists ahead of launch, a later validation of that read. Defined an indie-publishing negotiation framework, plus testing and evaluation processes bridging HQ, the EU office, and Western marketing partners. Across the Kakao Games Europe and HQ periods, also surfaced external indie titles (Ready or Not and others) for sourcing review - direct studio meetings progressed in some cases but did not convert to investment for internal reasons.
